T&C's for booking an appointment with Connie's Beauty
Non Refundable Booking Fee
A booking fee of £20 is required from all new clients to secure your bookings. Payment will be taken at your consultation appointment. The booking fee will be taken off the final cost of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment for your non refundable fee to be transferred over to your next appointment.

If less then 24 hours notice is given, 50% cost of your cancelled treatment will be required. All future appointments will not be secure until payment is made.

Late Arrivals
If you're late to your appointment it eats in to your treatment time. Arrive more then 20 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your non refundable fee will be lost.

No Shows
If you are a no show you will have to pay the full amount of your treatment when booking in again.

Refunds
When you pay for this treatment you not only pay for your beautiful lashes, you pay for a service which offers my expertise, my time & materials and it is for this reason no refunds will be given. Although we are happy to offer a removal free of charge.

Irritations / Reactions
If any problems or reactions occur in the first 48 hours a repair or removal will be offered free of charge.

Mascara & Make up
Coming to your lash appointment with mascara or strip lash glue will take time out of your appointment or it could result in me having to cancel and rearrange your appointment.

Payments
Cash and bank transfer payments only. Bank transfers need to be made before or at your appointment.
​
No Guests Allowed
No guests are permitted in my beauty room, this includes family, friends, boyfriends or children. Please come to your appointment alone. My insurance does not cover your guests.
​
Infills
40%-50% of your lash extensions must be remaining for an infill, anything less will be charged as a full set. Infills also have to be within 2-3 weeks from your last appointment.

Consultation & Patch Tests
All new clients require a patch test performed by Connie's Beauty at least 48 hours before any treatment. A patch test will be performed at your consultation.

Ensure you follow the given aftercare for your treatments to get the best possible results.
